So I've introduced my cunning plan, which should be effective enough for it's purpose, to give members the chance of helping out more, by taking charge of their own fireteam or section.
Basically, if you think someone would make a decent NCO, then share your thoughts by making a new topic, containing a half-decent reason for why they should take charge of a team.
